Nourish & Nurture: A Self-Care Retreat for FTMN Moms

Foster, Kinship, and Adoptive Moms: You give so much — this one's for you.

Join us for a 4-hour wellness experience designed just for foster, kinship, and adoptive moms and caregivers. Rotate through relaxation stations including chair massages, community acupuncture, sauna, self-care activities, and a space to connect with others who get it — plus a delicious charcuterie lunch from J&J Sweets.

Cost: $10 per person. If cost is a barrier, email micayla@fostertogethermn.org for reduced pricing.

⚠️ Space is limited. Registration is required, and participants must be registered with Foster Together MN to attend.

Important Information:

• We recommend attendees wear comfortable clothing so they can easily enjoy the chair massage, community acupuncture, and sauna.

• Bringing a water bottle is also a good idea, we do have a filtered water station.

• We will have a simple waiver available for participants to sign when they arrive.
