About the Event
Join us for an evening of discussion and activities to help process what it’s like being a biological or adopted sibling in a foster family. The unique experience of being with other biological/adopted siblings will normalize and support their journey. Your child will walk away feeling empowered and that their role as foster sibling is an important role within your family.
Important: Upon registering, please complete a brief anonymous survey to help Meagan best prepare for the session. Survey link will be in your confirmation email.
We will meet in the Multipurpose Room at Family of Christ (upper level).
This is a support group night for youth ages 5-12 with a parent-only discussion in a nearby room. You can also attend the parent-only event to prepare you best for supporting your children. Register for that event here: https://www.fostertogethermn.org/events/supporting-siblings-through-the-foster-care-journey
