Join us for an insightful training event where participants will explore the profound effects of trauma on the brain and its impact on attachment in youth. This training aims to equip caregivers with trauma-informed practices to implement in their homes, fostering better understanding and support for the youth in their care.

- Understanding how trauma changes brain functioning

- Certificates of Attendance will be provided for annual training hours.

About Abby Morgan:
Abby Morgan is dedicated to ensuring children and families receive the necessary supports to thrive. As a trauma-informed care enthusiast, she passionately advocates for children and families within Minnesota’s mental health system. With experience as the director of a children’s residential treatment facility, Abby currently oversees a program that helps youth access appropriate mental health care within the community. She has contributed to the development of the mental health collaboration hub, serves on the subcommittee for children's mental health for the Governor’s advisory board, and enjoys training community members on the importance of mental health care for kids.
